Jessica Blizzard is a licensed clinical social worker who is highly regarded in her field.

She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master of Social Work degree and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies. Her continuing education has primarily focused on trauma recovery and resilience.

Jessica is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and is a Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model facilitator. She is a Path of Freedom instructor trained through the Prison Mindfulness Institute and an AWBW Therapeutic Art Facilitator.

Jessica is an approved Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor. She is approved by the office of the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners to provide clinical supervision to LISW candidates.

Jessica’s passion is helping people gain insight into their own brains and bodies and supporting them as they develop the skills they need to recover from adversity and truly care for themselves and others.
